The hotel location is excellent near many bars. Staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. The cleaning staff greeted guests with a smile every morning. They provided good help at reception.

I booked a premium room. I found it quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The bed sheets looked yellowed from age. The room lacked coffee and tea facilities.

I experienced a very good breakfast service available until 10:30 each morning. This offered flexibility after late evenings. The breakfast buffet included diverse options which were delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

the location provides convenient access to nearby facilities, yet maintains a quiet atmosphere at night. the room i had was a beautiful twin room. the air conditioning worked fine and there was a fridge available.

the wi-fi signal wasn't very strong.

I loved this hotel! the location is amazing with easy walking distance to many areas. staff is friendly. I find the included breakfast to be awesome. also, the amenities are well maintained and utilized. housekeeping team is really good!

central location, excellent base

central location short walk

The location is definitely a highlight. i found bars, shopping malls, bakeries, and convenience stores within a short walk. the beach was also easily accessible. This made exploring very convenient for me.

the air conditioning unit in my room struggled. it wasn't quite powerful enough to keep the entire space consistently cool. also dust covered tv and table.

excellent stay in the heart of everything

cute staff perfect location convenient shops

i found the staff to be cute upon arrival. they remained available and ready to assist throughout my visit. the location is perfect, right in the middle of the busy center, with many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. the beach was also an easy walk away.

one minor inconvenience was that the air conditioning did not seem to regulate temperature properly. it only blew very cold air, somewhat uncomfortable at times.

the room size was good and a decent balcony was included. bedding and towels were new every day. the aircon worked fine and it was needed. breakfast is good and open until late.

the hotel has free parking at hotel. it is near infrastructure around hotel. night market is accessible with a tuktuk ride for eighty baht. walking to the beach take ten minutes.

staff were very polite. the front desk is great with a supportive welcome all times. cleaning staff are on the sixth floor and smile a lot. fast wifi is provided.

great parking friendly staff few outlets old bedding

the location was fantastic and provided great parking. the staff was very friendly and helpful (i really appreciated their willingness to assist with directions and local tips).

The lack of outlets in the room was a bit inconvenient for charging my devices. the bedding seemed quite old. The blanket needed replacement (it felt torn and smelled a bit).
